Follow these steps to transfer your Microsoft Outlook contacts to iPod:
- 1. Run vCard ImportExport application to export contacts to vCard file:
- a) Select second task in wizard tasks.
- b) Choose Outlook contact folder for export and in the second field choose a location to save the contacts to.
- c) Choose additional settings according to your needs.
- d) Click "Finish" to complete the export.
- 2. Mail yourself the vCard (.vcf) file and click it in the iPod mail app. This should import your vCard.

- 1. iPod itself can not export contacts to vCard format. For this job search for an app that exports contacts to vCard files.

- a) Select first task in wizard tasks.
- b) Choose Outlook contact folder to import iPod contacts to and in the second field choose a location where vCard file from iPod is saved.
- c) Choose duplicate management settings according to your needs.
- d) Click "Finish" to complete the import.
