Yes, it is possible to run Attachment2File from command line.
Example command for saving attachments
Attachment2File.exe -x save "\\Outlook Data File\Inbox" "D:\saved attachments"
Example command for restoring attachments
Attachment2File.exe -x restore "\\Outlook Data File\Inbox" "D:\saved attachments"
It is also possible to save attachments to sub-folders created using email received date (date format defined as parameter). Example command for saving attachments
